The Process

1 | Consultation

One of our team members will visit you at your home to go over the work scope, take measurements and notes, and answer any questions you might have. This meeting generally lasts 30 minutes, and serves to better understand your needs, wants, and goals with your project.

2 | Proposal Agreement

After the consultation, we will send a proposal based on the information, ideas, plans, or drawings you provided us. We strive for our proposals to be as transparent as possible, but we still encourage you to diligently review it and ask for any clarifications to avoid all possible misunderstandings. Once you agree to the terms, we sign the contract, receive the deposit, and begin the pre-construction phase.

3 | Pre-Construction

Upon receiving the signed contract and deposit, we immediately begin processing paperwork to get the work approved, if required to do so. This may include submitting permit applications to the building department, or completing paperwork for the managing company. Once the work is approved, we will get your project start date on our calendar and begin ordering necessary materials and coordinating with our subcontractors/vendors. Our goal here is to prepare for an efficient project that has a constant flow of construction.

4 | Project Kick-off

The start date for your project has finally arrived! From here, we will do our absolute best to make sure everything goes as planned, and keep you in the loop throughout the entire construction process. You are free to be in and out of the work site as you please, and we will make ourselves readily available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you realize there's additional work you would like done, these will be addressed in the form of change orders.
